Rent-A-Bay was born from frustration — paying shop rates for work we knew we could do ourselves, if only we had the right space.
How It Started

Like a lot of car enthusiasts, we were tired of paying $150–$200/hr in labor for jobs we knew we could handle ourselves — if we just had the right space and tools.
Home garages are limiting. Public storage units are useless. And renting a fully-stocked professional bay for a few hours? That didn't exist in Florida.
Rent-A-Bay changed that. We built a clean, safe, fully equipped DIY facility where any driver can work on their vehicle at the professional level — for a fraction of what the shop would charge.
